This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed a large order with Commense (#C12043346), and two of the items never arrived. I’ve contacted customer service several times, but I still haven’t received a clear answer, refund, or replacement.
At this point, it feels like my items were lost or stolen, and no one is taking responsibility.
I’m very disappointed and will never order from Commense again. Buyers, please be careful — this company is not reliable.
