I ordered two identical sweaters, one in black and one in brown. I normally wear size medium but chose to size up to a large to ensure that it would fit. Although the brown one was slightly bigger than the black one, neither of them fit correctly. They were too small. I reached out to the company via email and requested a refund and return label, which they informed me would cost fifteen dollars. I explained that I sized up and it was still too small and felt that the return should be on them, they felt differently. So it's safe to say that I will not be ordering from them again.
