I really like the color and design of this skirt. It is quite short, so I think it should be worn as a medium to low waist.
It is also pretty thin, but it is a satin skirt so that is to be expected. I think it is intended to be worn below a long top/jacket/blazer of a neutral color for contrast, which is what I did: I love how the skirt pops out while staying low-key!
