Super soft front tie balloon sleeve sweater. A little oversized so order your true size. Looks great with a T-shirt or bralette. You can tie it loosely or tighter depending on the look. Didn’t itch at all.

So cute and soft! I opted for the XS because it is oversized and I did not want to be swimming in it. It fits great. Still large, but that is the style. Love it!
