Words cannot express how much I love this shirt. Runs a little big though. But it’s perfect.
This shirt is completely misrepresented. A women’s small fits like a men’s medium or larger, with no shape, no structure, and no resemblance to the sizing or fit shown online. There is nothing “oversized” about it — it is simply incorrect. The garment is unwearable.
The customer service experience is worse than the product. Commense refuses to acknowledge an obvious sizing defect and hides behind scripted policy language instead of addressing the issue. They insist that I pay almost $20 to return a $41 item that cannot be worn, despite Canadian consumer protection standards that consider products not as described or not fit for purpose to be defective. Their responses are dismissive, circular, and entirely policy‑driven.
The combination of inaccurate sizing, poor product quality, and uncooperative customer service makes this a brand I cannot recommend. I would advise others to avoid purchasing unless they are prepared to absorb the cost of the company’s mistakes.
