The fabric is different from the other Commense cut out maxi dress. It's much thinner without any give or stretch

I got this dress on the second round after it was sold out. Did not know the dress has zero stretch and it is more of an Empire Waist than it shows on the model. Very high waist with very thin shoulder straps that do not have the adjustability that shows in the pics on the model and the straps feel like they could break they are so thin. Also, so much fabric below the waist, soooo much fabric, it's heavy, just not flattering at all on a small person. Could not return for some reason and I probably won't be ordering from Commense any further, unfortunately. Just can't take the chance.
