10/10. Fits perfect. The quality of not only the skirt and top but Commence clothing period is top tier. I get complements on Commence clothes everytime I wear them. The top and skirt was made to perfection. The material is heavy but in a good way that feels like good quality. This outfit makes me feel grown, sophisticated and well put together.
