The blue collar is a false collar, but has detachable buttons so you can remove it or wash it seperately if you need, or to help get the shirt on/off.

Fits true to size. (I'm wearing small at 5'9 and 130 lbs)

Very cute top, fits TTS. I'm 5'4" with a slim athletic build, and typically wear a S or M in US sizes, and usually M in Commense items. I've noticed that it really depends on the material for sizing and would say wear your regular size for this item. Sweater material is very soft and the shirt collar is detachable. Looks like an actual shirt underneath minus the bulkiness.
