Fun flirty dress

The dress has a fun flirty party vibe. Material is good but the dress runs really big. First I got one size smaller but it was still big, so I ordered another one two size smaller.

It is so elegant and nice fit. It is perfect beach resort wear. I am short and was worries that this dress would be too long for me but it is perfect length and I am 5 feet.
