Nice fit but the color looks a little different, more light grey than cream. I needed to have the sleeves shortened since I am petite.

Echoing other reviews on the color not being as in the picture- it's a greige (beige, grey) more than the brighter creamish in the picture. Nice thick quality fabric. I'm on the tall side so this is a little too shirt on me to wear without pants under but it looks great as a long blazer
