The quality is good; the length is perfect for me at my 5’1 heights; it doesn’t come with a belt and a belt is needed.

When I received the dress, it had white chalky smears across the top. I tried brushing it off, but that didn't help. I'm going to try dabbing it with a damp towel and hope that clears it up. The dress is cute, but I wish the top were longer. During the winter, I'm wearing it with a tunic type sweater and will try cardigans too.

I was skeptical of ordering from this site as I’ve had bad experiences from sites like these but I was pleasantly surprised. I love, love, love this dress. The quality of the top part of the dress is stretchy and fits snug. The bottom is a stiff cotton but IT HAS POCKETS. So that makes up for it.
