I purchased this coat for an upcoming trip. The carriers they work with dropped my package off at the back of my neighbors home. I contacted Commense customer service still in hopes to not get a refund but to just get the coat that I purchased from them. When I provided Commense with this information with video and pictures provided from mine and my neighbors ring camera, they refused to help. So far I’m having a horrible experience with this company. Which is sad because I was super excited to receive this coat!

Overall Fit: Slightly Small

I was looking forward to having this jacket. I ordered it in my size. It doesn’t fit over sized like the picture. It’s slightly roomy in the body, but very tailored around the shoulders and arms. There is no way I can wear a chunky or thick sweater underneath.
