Front pockets are real! Back ones are not. Good quality material for the price; thick enough not to be sheer. Stitching is slightly lacking but that's fine. It uses a hook and eye clasp, there is no button. When someone looks from the right side, you can clearly see the clasp.

These a perfect fit for me simply because I like a loose fitting. I feel like I could also fit in an extra small if I was looking for a slight tight fitting. The quality of the fabric was Great, I was definitely impressed. The shorts can be dressed up for a smarter look or down for a casual look. I’m definitely in love with these, they are worth the $30. Highly recommend!
