Ok at first I thought I disliked this top. I went through the process to return it, but then I put it on again... and actually I like it quite a bit. When you look closely, it is pretty cheaply made, but it was like $25 so I'm not expecting custom tailoring! I wish I had ordered the boat neck version and not the turtleneck version, but it is quite cute. It does have the surprise mesh panels on the sides- I took a video of myself for work and shared it here so you can see. I will wear it for sure.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It is SO cropped. And, as the other reviewers have stated, there are two semi-circular tulle panels at the bottom hem on both sides that are not shown in any of the pictures for the top.
