I don’t know who did the measurements. lol. But I am wearing an XL (thank you to the comments,)and it fits me perfectly. So, if you are a medium order XL and it will fit you perfectly. And it’s not as see through as some have said. Possibly it was too tight on them. But I just wear a bra under my sweater
